Grandmas2Share launch took place on September 6, 2014 and was a huge success!  Despite being interrupted by a thunderstorm, dozens of neighborhood children (of all ages) and their families showed up for a book signing at the Learning Express in Staten Island and enjoyed a few hours of fun-filled activities, contests, snacks, and pictures with 5’ tall GRANDMAS! Some left with “MaMu” and “NiNi” dolls, and prizes consisting of Grandmas2Share t-shirts and travel water bottles, but EVERY child left with a goodie box filled with stickers, bookmarks, pencils, bubbles, candy, and of course, a Grandmas2Share storybook!   The storm subsided,...
